সুপ্রিয় শিক্ষার্থী, সম্মানিত অভিভাবকমণ্ডলী, সহকর্মী এবং শুভানুধ্যায়ী, সবাইকে আমার আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন।

শিক্ষা কেবল পুথিগত জ্ঞানার্জনের মাধ্যম নয়, বরং শিক্ষা হলো মানুষের ভেতরের অন্তর্নিহিত সম্ভাবনা ও মানবিক গুণাবলীর পূর্ণ স্ফুরণ ঘটানো। সেই অবিনাশী লক্ষ্যকে বুকে ধারণ করে, উত্তরবঙ্গের অন্যতম শ্রেষ্ঠ ব্যবসায়িক সংগঠন রংপুর চেম্বার অব কমার্স অ্যান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রি (RCCI)-এর পৃষ্ঠপোষকতায় ১৯৯৬ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল ‘আরসিসিআই পাবলিক স্কুল ও কলেজ’। দীর্ঘ তিন দশক ধরে এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি এই অঞ্চলের মানসম্মত ও আধুনিক শিক্ষার আলো ছড়িয়ে দেওয়ার এক অনন্য বাতিঘর হিসেবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।

আমার সুদীর্ঘ তিন দশকেরও বেশি সময়ের শিক্ষকতা জীবনে আমি হাজারো শিক্ষার্থীর চোখে স্বপ্ন ডানা মেলতে দেখেছি। সেই অভিজ্ঞতার পথ বেয়ে আজ আমি যখন এই ঐতিহ্যবাহী এবং গৌরবময় প্রতিষ্ঠানের অধ্যক্ষ হিসেবে দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করেছি, তখন আমার মনে হচ্ছে এটি কেবল একটি নতুন কর্মস্থল নয়, বরং এটি আমার জীবনের এক নতুন আবেগ ও স্বপ্নের ক্যানভাস। আমি বিশ্বাস করি, আরসিসিআই-এর প্রতি জোড়া চোখের পেছনে লুকিয়ে আছে একেকজন ভবিষ্যৎ কর্পোরেট লিডার, বিজ্ঞানী, প্রাজ্ঞ আমলা, মানবিক চিকিৎসক কিংবা বিশ্বনাগরিক হওয়ার অদম্য বাসনা।

আমাদের রয়েছে ৬৮ জন অত্যন্ত নিবেদিতপ্রাণ ও দক্ষ শিক্ষক, ৩৮ জন আন্তরিক কর্মচারী এবং প্রায় আড়াই হাজার শিক্ষার্থীর এক বিশাল ও প্রাণবন্ত পরিবার। এই বিপুল সম্ভাবনাকে কাজে লাগিয়ে আমরা আরসিসিআই-কে কেবল রংপুর বিভাগেই নয়, বরং সমগ্র বাংলাদেশের মধ্যে একটি শীর্ষস্থানীয় এবং আদর্শ বিদ্যাপীঠ হিসেবে রূপান্তর করার স্বপ্ন দেখছি।

আজকের যুগ চতুর্থ শিল্পবিপ্লব ও কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার যুগ। তাই আমাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য আমরা ক্লাসরুমগুলোকে আরও আধুনিক ও প্রযুক্তিমনস্ক করে তুলছি, গবেষণাগার ও গ্রন্থাগারকে আরও সমৃদ্ধ করছি। আমরা এমন একটি শিক্ষার্থীবান্ধব পরিবেশ গড়ে তুলতে চাই, যেখানে প্রথাগত জিপিএ-৫ অর্জনের পাশাপাশি প্রতিটি শিক্ষার্থী সৃজনশীলতা, সততা, দেশপ্রেম এবং গভীর নৈতিক মূল্যবোধে বলীয়ান হয়ে উঠবে। আমাদের শিক্ষার্থীরা যেন আগামীর ‘স্মার্ট বাংলাদেশ’ বিনির্মাণের মূল কারিগর হিসেবে বৈশ্বিক দরবারে মাথা উঁচু করে দাঁড়াতে পারে—এটাই আমার মূল ব্রত।

সম্মানিত অভিভাবকবৃন্দের প্রতি আমার আকুল আহ্বান—আপনাদের সন্তানদের স্বপ্নপূরণের এই যাত্রায় আপনারা আমাদের সবচেয়ে বড় সহযাত্রী। আপনাদের আস্থা, সহযোগিতা এবং আমাদের সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টাই পারে এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রতিটি সন্তানকে এক একটি আলোকময় ভবিষ্যতে রূপান্তর করতে।

আসুন, আমরা সবাই মিলে আমাদের এই প্রিয় আরসিসিআই পাবলিক স্কুল ও কলেজকে এক অনন্য উচ্চতায় নিয়ে যাই। এই বিদ্যাপীঠের প্রতিটি আঙিনা মুখর হোক জ্ঞানের আলোয়, নৈতিকতার জয়গানে এবং বিজয়ের গৌরবে।

Dear students, respected parents and guardians, esteemed colleagues, and well-wishers—my heartiest greetings and best wishes to you all.

Education is not merely a means of acquiring textbook knowledge; rather, it is the full manifestation of human inner potential and moral values. Cherishing that immortal vision, 'RCCI Public School and College' was established in 1996 under the patronage of the Rangpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), one of the premier business organizations of North Bengal. For nearly three decades, this institution has been serving as a beacon of quality and modern education in this region.

Throughout my teaching career spanning over three decades, I have witnessed thousands of students dare to dream. As I step into the role of Principal of this traditional and prestigious institution carrying the wisdom of those years, I feel this is not just a new workplace, but a fresh canvas of emotion and dreams in my life. I firmly believe that behind every pair of eyes at RCCI lies the unyielding ambition to become a future corporate leader, scientist, wise administrator, compassionate physician, or global citizen.

We are blessed with a vibrant family of 68 highly dedicated and skilled faculty members, 38 sincere staff members, and nearly 2,500 students. Harnessing this immense potential, we dream of transforming RCCI into a premier and benchmark educational institution not only in the Rangpur division, but across Bangladesh.

Today’s era is defined by the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Artificial Intelligence. Therefore, we are modernizing our classrooms to be more tech-integrated, while enriching our science laboratories and library. We aim to foster a student-friendly ecosystem where, alongside achieving top academic grades, every student grows in creativity, integrity, patriotism, and deep ethical values. My primary mission is to empower our students to stand tall on the global stage as the primary architects of tomorrow's 'Smart Bangladesh'.
