রংপুর চেম্বার অব কমার্স অ্যান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রি (RCCI)’-এর দূরদর্শী ভাবনায় ১৯৯৬ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল ‘আরসিসিআই পাবলিক স্কুল’। তৎকালীন সময়ে এটিই ছিল দেশের কোনো চেম্বার অব কমার্স অ্যান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রি কর্তৃক প্রতিষ্ঠিত প্রথম শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান। সময় ও চাহিদার সঙ্গে তাল মিলিয়ে পরবর্তীতে এটি একাদশ ও দ্বাদশ শ্রেণিতে বিস্তৃত হয়ে ‘
আরসিসিআই পাবলিক স্কুল অ্যান্ড কলেজ, রংপুর’ হিসেবে আত্মপ্রকাশ করে। নিরলস প্রচেষ্টা, সীমিত আয়োজন এবং স্থানীয় জনমানুষের পাহাড়সম আশা-আকাঙ্ক্ষাকে সম্বল করে শুরু হওয়া এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি আজ বিভাগীয় নগরী রংপুরের প্রাণকেন্দ্রে মানসম্মত শিক্ষার এক অনন্য বাতিঘরে পরিণত হয়েছে।

শিক্ষার্থীদের আধুনিক শিক্ষা নিশ্চিতে আমাদের রয়েছে দেশসেরা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে উঠে আসা ৬৮ জন অভিজ্ঞ ও প্রশিক্ষিত শিক্ষক, পর্যাপ্ত কম্পিউটার ও আধুনিক আইটি ল্যাব, সর্বাধুনিক বিজ্ঞানাগার এবং একটি সুসমৃদ্ধ গ্রন্থাগার। পাশাপাশি বিতর্ক, খেলাধুলা, সাংস্কৃতিক ও সহ-শিক্ষা কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে আমরা শিক্ষার্থীদের স্বাবলম্বী, আত্মবিশ্বাসী ও প্রমিত ব্যক্তিত্বসম্পন্ন মানুষ হিসেবে গড়ে তুলছি।

Driven by the noble cause of enlightening society through education, 'RCCI Public School' was established in 1996 through the visionary foresight of the Rangpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI)—the hallmark of economic and business excellence in North Bengal. At that time, it was the first educational institution in the country founded and operated by any Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Keeping pace with time and growing demand, it later expanded into higher secondary education, emerging as 'RCCI Public School and College, Rangpur'. Starting its journey with relentless efforts, modest arrangements, and the monumental hopes and aspirations of the local community, this institution has today transformed into a unique beacon of quality education at the heart of the divisional city of Rangpur.
