উত্তরবঙ্গের শিল্প, বাণিজ্য ও অর্থনৈতিক সমৃদ্ধির অন্যতম প্রধান চালিকাশক্তি ‘রংপুর চেম্বার অব কমার্স অ্যান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রি (RCCI)’। কেবল অর্থনৈতিক প্রবৃদ্ধি অর্জনই নয়, বরং এই অঞ্চলের সামাজিক প্রগতি ও জ্ঞানভিত্তিক সমাজ গঠনের সুদূরপ্রসারী দায়িত্ববোধ থেকে ১৯৯৬ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল ‘আরসিসিআই পাবলিক স্কুল ও কলেজ’। সূচনালগ্ন থেকেই এই বিদ্যাপীঠ উন্নত অবকাঠামো, সুশৃঙ্খল একাডেমিক পরিবেশ এবং সুনীতিভিত্তিক শিক্ষার আলো ছড়িয়ে দিয়ে উত্তর জনপদের শিক্ষাঙ্গনে একটি অনন্য ও মানদণ্ড স্থাপনকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসেবে আত্মপ্রকাশ করেছে।

একুশ শতকের দ্রুত পরিবর্তনশীল বৈশ্বিক বাস্তবতায় শিক্ষাব্যবস্থা আজ এক নতুন চ্যালেঞ্জ ও সম্ভাবনার মুখোমুখি। প্রথাগত পাঠ্যপুস্তকনির্ভর পাঠদান ও কেবল ভালো জিপিএ অর্জনের মধ্যে শিক্ষার মূল উদ্দেশ্য সীমাবদ্ধ থাকতে পারে না। শিক্ষা হতে হবে বিশ্লেষণাত্মক, যুগোপযোগী এবং প্রযুক্তি-বান্ধব। আমাদের লক্ষ্য এমন এক তরুণ প্রজন্ম গড়ে তোলা, যারা চতুর্থ শিল্পবিপ্লবের এই যুগে আধুনিক বিশ্বমানের জ্ঞান, কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা ও প্রযুক্তিগত দক্ষতায় পারদর্শী হওয়ার পাশাপাশি গভীর নৈতিক মূল্যবোধ, দেশপ্রেম ও মানবিক চেতনায় বলীয়ান হবে।

আরসিসিআই পাবলিক স্কুল ও কলেজ শিক্ষার্থীদের সুপ্ত প্রতিভার পরিপূর্ণ বিকাশ ঘটাতে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ। আমাদের রয়েছে একঝাঁক অভিজ্ঞ ও নিবেদিতপ্রাণ শিক্ষক মণ্ডলী, আধুনিক বিজ্ঞানাগার, তথ্য-প্রযুক্তি ল্যাব, সমৃদ্ধ গ্রন্থাগার এবং নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিতকল্পে একটি প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর আধুনিক ক্যাম্পাস। একাডেমিক উৎকর্ষের পাশাপাশি সহ-শিক্ষা কার্যক্রমের (Co-curricular activities) সফল সমন্বয়ের মাধ্যমে আমরা প্রতিটি শিক্ষার্থীকে আগামী দিনের একজন দায়িত্বশীল, আত্মবিশ্বাসী ও যোগ্য বিশ্বনাগরিক (Global Citizen) হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে নিরলস কাজ করে যাচ্ছি।

অত্যন্ত আনন্দের বিষয় যে, আমাদের এই শিক্ষা-যাত্রাকে আরও সুসংহত, সুদূরপ্রসারী ও আন্তর্জাতিক মানের উপযোগী করে তুলতে সম্প্রতি প্রতিষ্ঠানের নেতৃত্ব গ্রহণ করেছেন দেশের এক প্রথিতযশা শিক্ষাবিদ, গবেষক ও সুযোগ্য প্রশাসক। তাঁর দীর্ঘ তিন দশকেরও বেশি সময়ের প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক অভিজ্ঞতা, গবেষণা ও দিকনির্দেশনা আরসিসিআই পাবলিক স্কুল ও কলেজকে এক নতুন উচ্চতায় নিয়ে যাবে বলে আমাদের দৃঢ় বিশ্বাস।

পরিচালনা পর্ষদ, শিক্ষক-কর্মচারী, অভিভাবক এবং শুভানুধ্যায়ীদের সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টা ও পারস্পরিক আস্থার মাধ্যমে এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি আগামী দিনে জাতীয় পর্যায়ে তার শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব বজায় রাখবে—এই আমাদের অঙ্গীকার।

আমি আরসিসিআই পরিবারের সকল শিক্ষার্থীর জ্ঞানালোকিত, সফল ও সুদীপ্ত ভবিষ্যৎ কামনা করি।

The 'Rangpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI)' stands as one of the primary driving forces behind the industrial, commercial, and economic prosperity of North Bengal. Driven not only by economic growth but also by a profound sense of responsibility toward social progress and building a knowledge-based society in this region, 'RCCI Public School and College' was established in 1996. Since its inception, this institution has emerged as a benchmark of excellence in the educational landscape of Northern Bangladesh, distinguished by its modern infrastructure, disciplined academic environment, and value-based education.

In the rapidly evolving global context of the twenty-first century, the education system faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities. The core objective of education can no longer be confined to conventional textbook-oriented teaching or merely achieving good GPA results. Education must be analytical, time-fitting, and technology-friendly. Our goal is to nurture a young generation that, in this era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, will excel in world-class knowledge, artificial intelligence, and technological proficiency, while remaining firmly anchored in deep moral values, patriotism, and human empathy.

Through a seamless integration of academic brilliance and co-curricular activities, we work tirelessly to mold every student into a responsible, confident, and competent Global Citizen of tomorrow.

It gives me immense pleasure to highlight that, to make our educational journey more consolidated, far-reaching, and aligned with international standards, the leadership of this institution has recently been entrusted to a renowned educator, researcher, and dynamic administrator of the country. We firmly believe that his over three decades of institutional experience, academic research, and visionary leadership will elevate RCCI Public School and College to new heights.

Through the collective efforts and mutual trust among the Governing Body, faculty, staff, parents, and well-wishers, this institution shall continue to maintain its excellence at the national level—this remains our firm commitment.
